Under GB/T19002-1994 idt ISO 9002, Lebasis started to perform quality control in full aspect on March 1st, 2001, becoming the first in industry to implement the standardizations of process and quality control, ensuring the quality and efficiency of translations and localizations, and providing the best service and product for business, foreign organizations and visitors, as well as government agencies.
Thanks to our project managers, Lebasis has achieved tremendous success. Departments are set up for each industry with experts to meet the growing demand of professional translations
Working Process
1. Quotation
A quotation tailored for your requirement is proposed by our project manager or director by their experience on translation and localization.
2. Planning
Discussions that may keep both parties aligned from the beginning on understandings of requirements and other details will be the pre-requisite for planning. To ensure a smooth work, formal or informal meetings will be held for some major issues along the progress of project.
3. Resource Allocation
Up on understanding the requirements, Lebasis can have the modulized resources in position right away to ensure timely, accurate and standardized completion of the project. The project manager will hold a meeting with relevant members to explain the requirements and other details. Further discussion is necessary to clarity responsibilities for each member.
4. Meetings
Meetings will be held by the project manager at each phase along the progress, providing an opportunity for discussion and cooperation among the project members, or making a proper adjustment after confirming the change of the project.
5. Status Report
The project management system monitors the progress and generates a status report that covers every aspect of the project, including the progress, measurements, issues that have met or predicted, solutions, and what¡¯s next down the road.
6. Testing
Lebasis¡¯s project managers are required to test and approve language for the translation, both the text and the comprehension after assembly, to assure the quality along the process that may reflect our commitment in the end.
7. The Closing Meeting
After the completion of each project, the project management center will discuss and summarize problems and measurements for coordination, so that better service can be provided in the future for a win-win situation.
