Reminders:
1.For a better translation, it is recommended for our customers to work out a plan and provide us the target document as early as possible so that we could make our arrangement and return the best service.
2. The privacy of customers¡¯ documents is always the top priority for Lebasis which has assigned designated personnel. If it¡¯s required, a non-disclosure agreement can be jointly signed. For the reason of privacy, Lebasis has the right to destroy the original and the translated document that have 30 days past due regardless whether they are being picked up on time. A full payment is demanded even the documents are destroyed
3.The original document should be clear in syntax and format. Lebasis will take the one as official at the time signing the contract. In case there¡¯s need to update the original, Lebasis should be informed in a written notification in a timely manner. For addition or modification, extra charge and time will be applied, while for deduction, it will not be refunded if the deducted part has already been translated; otherwise, it¡¯s refundable. To terminate the translation, Lebasis should be informed in a written notification, and the charge is based on the amount of completed target document at the time.
4.Lebasis is obligate to the accuracy of the translation, but not to the source, contents and purpose of the original document. However, Lebasis has rights to reject those that might damage the national interest, breach laws or regulations of P.R.C, or violate international routines. Lebasis reserves the right to claim authorship for published translations.
